This document aims to analyze the participation of private organizations within a capitalist society, mainly for the distribution of wealth because they are the main generators of employment and influence political, economic and social decisions. In turn are those who accumulate money on large scales. The investigation is carried out starting from a historical and contextual perspective of the administrative theory, the economic theory and business ethics; addressing the issues of economic inequality, the appropriation of capital and the lack of opportunities in society.
