This article discusses the problem of the consumption of psychoactive substances in Bogotá and the impact they generate on supply and demand. The document analyzes how public policies executed by national and international organizations seek to counteract the consumption of psychoactive substances in the most vulnerable populations, while generating social inclusion projects and campaigns against the consumption of these substances to reduce its demand. Finally, the study explains the process conducted by public policies to include this issue in their agenda in order to mitigate the proliferation of consumers and the supply of psychoactive substances.
