This article aims to identify the trend of the motorcycle manufacturing sector in Colombia and the possible strategies to increase national production and exports between 2020 and 2022. Using Business Intelligence tools, an approximation to prospective scenarios of the sector was established. An analysis of the sector was carried out based on the creation of a Power BI model and the production of reports to know the economic situation and the behavior of the sector’s exports. A strategic prospective plan was conducted to identify trends (challenges), factors of change (variables), and scenarios (strategies) of the motorcycle manufacturing sector in Colombia. Finally, possible strategies to position and increase the national motorcycle production were proposed.
