The nature of police law and the concept of public order

Abstract

The purpose pursued by this article is to determine the nature of police law as a genre, since more and more people seek the guarantee and safeguard of their rights through the police jurisdiction, since the matters it regulates, the procedures that it uses and the possibility that it offers to the companies to appear in their own name before their authorities without the need for the intermediation of a lawyer, constitute it as a field of easy access, as has been stated by certain sectors of the doctrine, who conceive it as the right of the street, the closest to the citizen, however, in practice procedural problems arise due to unwise interpretations that arise from ignorance of its nature and that of the matters it regulates, resulting from it, inconsistencies in the administration of local justice.
