One of the axes of the Law accreditation program offered by the Central University is the investigative area, in which students develop investigative, argumentative and writing skills from the beginning of the career, with the purpose of elaborating academic products related to Public Law, Private Law, Social Law and Alternative Conflict Resolution Procedures and Mechanisms. This article analyzes the tools that the University offers to develop interest in social law, particularly in relation to gender equity. The analysis starts with the definition of social law, then addresses the academic tools offered and, finally, examines the inclusion and incidence of the gender approach within the Law program.
