Current management model in Mana Express organization

This research analyzes a management model in the Mana Express organization, an entity that provides fast food services, based on the identification of the most evident metaphors proposed by Morgan. First, the different metaphors proposed by Morgan and the management models of various authors were addressed; second, an interview was conducted with employees to determine the metaphors present in the organization; and finally, the most relevant management model was characterized, which serves as a starting point to describe and propose improvement options for Mana Express. In conclusion, the model proposed by Karst and Rosenzweig, which has a systemic approach, is recommended.
