This paper analyzes the production of pajamas. The methodology used consists of two stages: first, the current state of the company was identified, applying techniques such as the SLP (systematic layout planning) methodology. The second stage proposes a new multi-objective mathematical model of aggregate planning, which includes the production levels and the requirements of active breaks to the operative personnel. Finally, in the last stage, a proposal for the organization is constructed. The results show the optimal quantities to produce in a total of 7 months: 11,707 units of 5 references of  ajamas, thanks to this mathematical model. For that, it was considered active breaks because these influence the motivation of the operators.
