This research presents an analysis that covers the generation of value and how this influences the sustainability of an organization, in addition, it addresses issues such as training, staff and customer loyalty, the value proposition in terms of products, services, channels of communication and structure. The research was carried out in Servicomercializadora de Colombia Ltda. (Servicol), making a journey through the organizational metaphors in order to identify the present model. In this context, Servicol evidenced a connection with and towards its employees, being a main characteristic to consider the organization as a living organism, in addition, there is talk of a strong culture where it considers loyal human capital and the McKinsey 7S model. This descriptive research was carried out from three phases.
